A word that says "heart" is translated as heart and then when it is proved that heart is not the place thinking is done, it is translated as உள்ளம். Quran is full of such poetic excesses. You just show that you cannot understand tamil. The question is not why Mohammad could not spread his message to the world. The question is Why God is not able to spread the message in a second. If a man could invent something to spread the message in seconds, why quran which is claimed to be told by God, is not speread by God in a second? That just means that God did not want this message to be spread because it is not his message. If God so willed how many nanoseconds it will take for God to speread this message through out the world?
